On 26 June 2009, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) setting out the arrangements for RDA in the NT was signed by Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, the Hon Maxine McKew MP and NT Minister for Regional Development, the Hon Karl Hampton MLA.
The MoU supports the adoption of more integrated and aligned arrangements for regional engagement and economic development between the Australian and NT Governments.
