Katrina Kawaljenko is a born and bred Territorian having lived most of her life in the NT and has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of Territorians through leadership roles in Government and the not-for-profit sector.

She brings a wealth of experience in public policy, community engagement, and strategic partnerships across the health, disability and sporting sectors. Most recently, Katrina was the NT Manager – Operations and Strategic Partnerships at AFL Northern Territory, where she played a key role in fostering community engagement whilst driving key infrastructure and development initiatives across the NT.

At RDA NT, Katrina is committed to driving sustainable regional development by collaborating with Governments, businesses and communities to create opportunities that enhance the quality of life and drive liveability for all Territorians.

Sarah Youll

Business Support Officer

Sarah is an adaptable and self-motivated professional with experience across a diverse range of industries. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for her reliable work ethic, initiative and positive “can-do” attitude.

Known for quickly adapting to new environments and taking on challenges with confidence, Sarah brings a practical, hands-on approach and proactive problem-solving to every role. Her broad experience has equipped her with versatility, resilience and the ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life.

Jacqueline Watsford

Top End Project Officer

Jacqueline relocated to Darwin from Sydney in 2018. Prior to joining the RDA NT team, Jacqueline held positions within the sport administration landscape, namely with the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust and the Commonwealth Games, and brings extensive experience in the facilitation of major events and project management.

Jacqueline is passionate about working on projects that deliver positive outcomes for people and communities. She volunteers for and contributes to a variety of charity organisations including the delivery of mental health awareness and events in collaboration with Beyond Blue.
