The Alliance continues to bring together people who are passionate in creating a vibrant, connected and creative Australia – in particular rural, regional and remote communities.

We have some new features for our 2018 program including:

The ABC’s “Big Ideas from the Bush” – A panel discussion moderated by Cathy Van Extel from ABC – “Influencing to accelerate action on digital inclusion- why, what, and how?” – Streamed Plenary facilitated by John Huigen – The Australian Digital Inclusion Alliance
A hands on Workshop Facilitated by Jim Wyatt (Optimi Digital) – “How can communities secure better broadband?”
And prominent speakers including Gavin Williams from NBN Co; Sylvia Spaseski from the Department of Communications and the Arts, Dr Payi Linda Ford, Principle Research Fellow, Northern Institute, CDU, Dr Greg Ogle, Senior Policy and Research Analyst, South Australian Council of Social Services and Tiani Cook, State President, NT Isolated Children’s Association.

The forum is a valuable networking opportunity for all delegates and speakers.
