Regional Development Australia Northern Territory (RDA NT) is now welcoming applications from organisations across the Territory for the fourth round of the Seeding New Investment Fund.

The aim of the Seeding New Invest Fund is to boost Northern Territory infrastructure projects from concept to completion by supporting the first critical stage of project planning – the development of a comprehensive business case and supporting professional documentation.

Interested organisations are invited to apply for funding of up to $50,000 to assist with the costs of developing a business case and or supporting documents. These documents will then be used to fulfil the requirements of public or private funding applications, with the ultimate objective to see more investment in regional community infrastructure and projects.

Previous projects awarded funding under the Seeding New Investment Fund include the Rodna Cultural Tours sharing Western Arrernte culture and history, the Mimal Ranger Base facilitating expansion of this south central Arnhem Land ranger program, and the development of the Pine Creek Geotrail at the Pine Creek Miners Park.

The Round Four Application Form and Guidelines along with other supporting documents are now available on the Seeding New Investment Fund grant page, to assist potential applicants.

Applications close midday Monday 5 June 2023.
